BJP today claimed that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind kejriwal has been "unmasked" and will go to jail for "defaming" Finance Minister Arun Jaitley after the Delhi High Court framed issues against Kejriwal and other AAP leaders in a suit filed by Jaitley seeking 10 crore damages.
Jaitley has also filed a criminal case against the AAP chief over his corruption charges against him in DDCA affairs.
The party also termed Kejriwal's claim in the court that he had not said anything defamatory against the BJP leader an attempt to take a U-turn, saying he had done the same in previous cases.

He also referred to Kejriwal being sent to jail in a defamation case filed by Union minister Nitin Gadkari after he refused to submit bail bond.
The Delhi Chief Minister claims that he fears none and would not apologise but he had apologised in several matters including the fake degree case involving the then Delhi Law Minister Jitender Singh Tomar, he said.
"He used to speak about transparency and probity. Now he is standing in support of corruption," he alleged.
