With mercury on rise, Jammu region recorded over 50 fire incidents in the past two days, out of which 18 happened today.
"Over 50 incidents of fire have been recorded in Jammu region during the past two days," said a senior officer of the Fire and Emergency Service department.
As many as 18 fire incidents were reported today, he said.
The blaze erupted in hotels, forest, kitchens, scrap gowdowns and grass fields, the officer said.
