ASC, Bengaluru, edged out Hyderabad TFA 4-2 via the tie-breaker to reach the semifinal of the Don Bosco-Fr McFerran Trophy All-India football tournament here today.
After the match ended goalless in regulation time, the Bengaluru team converted four of the five penalties. The Hyderabad team could only find the net twice.
The scorers for ASC were: Thiyagarajan, Bobi Chand, Neeraj and Arunjit.
For Hyderabad, Dileep and Rafique Mohammed scored.
