'Twilight' star Ashley Greene is being sued for the fire she apparently started in her apartment that killed her pet dog and injured the man who helped rescue residents.
Adrian Mayorga, the doorman at the building, has now filed a lawsuit against Greene, 26, claiming he was hurt while running through the hallways and screaming people to get out of the building, reported TMZ.
Mayorga claims he had to seek treatment in hospital after he suffered exhaustion, dehydration and smoke inhalation.
Mayorga is not the only one who is taking the actress to the court.
Four other residents in the adjoining buildings too have sued, claiming the fire caused the fire wreaked havoc on them with soot and water damage.
The fire started when a candle in Greene's unit set the sofa ablaze, killing her Fox Terrier, Marlo.
