Hinduja Group's flagship company Ashok Leyland today reported 41 per cent hike in total sales of commercial vehicles at 10,461 units in June.
It had sold 7,411 units in the same period last year.
Sales of heavy and medium commercial vehicles rose by 46 per cent at 8,048 units in June as against 5,501 units in the year-ago period, the company said in a filing to the BSE.
Light commercial vehicles sales also rose by 26 per cent and stood at 2,413 units compared with 1,910 units in June 2014.
