The duo, who wed on September 24, 2005 in LA by Kabbalah Rabbi Yehuda Berg in a private ceremony, split up six years later after Kutcher was caught cheating on their anniversary weekend, reported Radar Online.
Demi released a statement in November 2011, saying that her marriage was over.
"As a woman, a mother and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life," she had said.
However, none of them have filed for divorce to end their marriage.
According to some reports, the duo weren't actually legally married, and the Kabbalah wedding was just a symbolic ceremony.
Kutcher has clearly moved on from his marriage and is now dating Mila Kunis.
