Uttar Pradesh government tonight posted Ashutosh Kumar as the new Senior Superintendent of Police of Moradabad.
Kumar, who was posted in DGP office as Superintendent of Police, will take place of Rajesh Modak, a home department spokesmen said.
On September 22, Modak allegedly beat up three police followers posted at his residence, following which the UP government placed him under suspension.
