Nobbs, who was here to witness an exhibition match, sidestepped queries on India's s worst ever Olympic performance.
"I cannot answer any question. Any question on India's poor Olympic performance should be asked to Hockey India," Nobbs said.
"I have been instructed by Hockey India to not answer questions on this, so I cannot comment. It would be better if you speak to Hockey India on the matter," added the Australian when persisted on the issue.
India finished 12th at the Olympics after losing all its matches.
