Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal today said that Assam and Arunachal Pradesh must work together, in keeping with the age-old close ties between the two states, to achieve all round development.
The Assam chief minister said this while attending a joint celebration of Ali Aye Ligang festival of the Mishings along with Solung festival of the Adi community at Mebo in East Siang district in Arunachal Pradesh.
"Both states are rich in biodiversity and we must harness these potentials for achieving rapid development of the region," Sonowal said.
