Assam Industries and Commerce Minister Chandra Mohan Patowary will showcase the prospects and opportunities of the state's industrial sector at the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit at Gandhinagar.
Patowary, who is representing the state at the ongoing business summit, will address business delegates at the 'Assam State Seminar' to be held on January 12, an official release said here today.
The eighth edition of the summit was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi today.
Patowary will also lay emphasis on the policies and ease of doing business aspects in Assam to attract investment.
Assam government will hold a Global Business Summit in November 2017 in Guwahati where leading business houses, industrialists and entrepreneurs will assemble to explore opportunities and invest in the state.
