Rahul will reach Kullu on June 27 and hold discussions with Congress workers. He will fly to Shimla the next day to participate in similar meetings, party sources said.
The visit assumes significance in view of the upcoming Assembly polls in the hill state and the factionalism in the Congress.
Incidentally, supporters of Union Minister V B Singh are planning to hold a mega function here on June 23 on his 78th birth anniversary.
