Blistering heatwave continued in parts of Rajasthan where Phalodi and Sriganganagar recorded the highest temperature of 46.5 degrees Celsius today.
Churu, Kota, Bikaner, Jodhpur and Jaipur recorded a maximum temperature of 46.3, 45.8, 45.2, 45 and 44.6 degrees Celsius, respectively, whereas the day temperature in Jaisalmer, Ajmer and Dabok was 43.5, 43.9 and 43.4 degrees Celsius, respectively, according to the Met department.
The Met department has forecast dry weather and likely duststorm at isolated places in the next 24 hours.
