Fourth seed Das lost to Korean top seed Ku Bonchan 0-6 in the semis and will face second seed Korean Kim Woojin in the bronze playoff Sunday.
Having got a bye to last 32, Das earlier defeated Chun Heng Wei 6-2 in the quarters, and Oldair Zamora 6-0 in the fourth round.
