Two-time Indian Super League champions ATK head coach Teddy Sheringham today said they would try to take inspiration from the England team's FIFA U- 17 World Cup triumph here recently.

"I was very impressed with them, they played in very unusual style, controlling the ball from the back. I hope we will be able to take the lead into the ISL season," the former Manchester United striker told reporters after their jersey unveiling.

The Spanish flavour will be missing from ATK's ranks this season with the team now coached by Sheringham, who has with him technical director Ashley Westwood, also a MU academy graduate.

The Kolkata-based franchise has several former Premier League stars on its roster, including former Tottenham Hotspur striker Robbie Keane, former Bolton Wanderers goalkeeper Jussi Jaaskelainen, ex-Manchester United central defender Tom Thorpe.

"It will be more of British style because that's what I know and hopefully it will be good enough for ATK. I also look forward to the Indian players and how they adapt. I'm looking forward to integrating both the Indian players and foreign players as one team," Teddy added.

Meanwhile, marquee player Robbie was named captain for season four and handed the No 10 jersey, and he hoped to make it three out of four.

"I'm looking forward to the start and hope to bring another championship back to Kolkata. I love that everyone is excited for football," Robbie said.
