The accused, Arbind Samal, is part of the organisation which is responsible for filling the cash and maintenance of the ATM, DIG of police (Western Range), Y Jethua said.
The accused is an employee of Cash Management Service (CMS) and he knew all the technicalities of operating the ATM machine, he said adding Samal knew all the passwords of the machine for which he was able to break-open the ATM.
