Describing those responsible for the alleged attack on a family of CPI-M supporters, including a toddler, in North 24-Parganas district as 'slaughterers', CPI-M leader Surya Kanta Mishra today said that the chief minister should immediately order for their immediate arrest.
Alleging that the attackers were linked to the Trinamool Congress and calling them 'slaughterers', Mishra said, "It's heart-rending to see that a family and a three-and-a-half-year -old baby were attacked."
"It showed how far these slaughters can go... I believe the chief minister must listen to the family's allegations and immediately pass on orders to arrest them to send out a message to the common people... Otherwise it will be proved that she is the principal representative of these slaughters," Mishra said.
