Chris Brown may have to cancel plans to bring his "One Hell of a Night Tour" to Australia as the country's immigration minister is set to deny the rapper's visa application.
Peter Dutton said that the 26-year-old performer was issued with a formal notice that his visa application would be denied on September 25, reported Ace Showbiz.
However, Brown has been given 28 days to build and present an official appeal.

"People to whom these notices are issued have 28 days to present material as to why they should be given a visa to enter Australia," the minister explained.
"Decisions on whether a visa will or will not be issued are made after that timeframe and consideration of the material presented to the Department of Immigration and Border Protection."
The news came just days after former Immigration Minister Michaelia Cash who's now serving as Minister for Women urged Dutton not to let Brown get a visa due to his criminal conviction for assaulting then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009.
"One Hell of a Night Tour" will start later this year.
