Union Civil Aviation Minister P Ashok Gajapathi Raju today called on Jammu and Kashmir Governor N N Vohra and discussed aviation-related issues of the state.
"The Governor urged the Minister to consider issues relating to uncapped airfares, need for enlargement and modernisation of airports in the state," an official spokesman said.
Vohra also urged the Minister to extend the civil aviation facilities to cover various remote parts of Jammu and Kashmir, the spokesman said.
