A special CBI court today issued non-bailable warrant (NBW) against accused Dharma Das in connection with the Ayodhya shrine demolition case.
Judge S K Yadav passed the order as neither Das appeared before the court to attend the proceedings nor did his lawyer move any application for his exemption from personal appearance.
Meanwhile, the CBI moved the court seeking exemption of its witness - Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut - from appearance today due to personal reasons and his busy schedule.

There are as many as 34 accused persons in the case being tried for committing conspiracy to demolish the shrine at Ayodhya on December 6, 1992.
The court has granted exemption from appearance to BJP veterans L K Advani and M M Joshi and Union minister Uma Bharti. But they would have to appear before the court as and when the court would ask them for the same.
The other accused have to attend every day court proceedings which are going day to day in compliance of the Supreme Court's order.
In case, any accused is not able to appear before the court on any day, his lawyer has to move seek his exemption.
