The bail order came a week after the Bombay High Court granted bail to four other accused.
Five of the 63 accused had been earlier discharged after police found that there was no case against them.
Two youths were killed and 52, including 44 policemen, injured on August 11, when a rally called to protest the alleged atrocities on the minority community in Assam and Myanmar turned violent.
The protesters went on the rampage, attacking police, media persons and torching some vehicles.
