Former cricketer and Congress candidate Mohammed Azharuddin was today defeated in Tonk-Sawai Madhopur Lok Sabha seat Rajasthan by BJP's Sukhbir Singh Jaunpuria.
Jaunpuria won the seat by a margin of 1,35,311 votes.
While the BJP candidate secured 5,48,179 votes, Azharuddin, who shifted from Moradabad (UP) to Tonk-Sawai Madhopur got 4,12,868 votes.
