King of Blues B B King is hospitalised at a medical center near his home in Las Vegas, said his representative.
King, 89, was rushed to the hospital on April 5 because of an emergency related to his diabetes, reported Ace Showbiz.
His daughter Claudette, however, said he "is much better".

A source said King has been suffering from the Diabetes type II for over two decades.
The "Rock Me Baby" singer was once diagnosed with dehydration and exhaustion while he performed in a concert last year. He was supposed to have 70 concerts in 2014 but was forced to cancel the eight remaining concerts due to his health problem.
King has remained active while living with diabetes, and he's even joined the fight against the disease in the past by becoming the spokesperson for the LifeScan OneTouch Ultra blood glucose meter.
