A list of gifts presented to the Queen in the Diamond Jubilee year of her reign includes a knitted tea cosy and some tea, 78 pictures of herself, three thrones, a pot of jam, a cake and the adoption rights to a baby Asian elephant.
Known for the love of her corgis, the Queen probably appreciated a dog bed in the shape of a crown the most.
The extensive list of gifts from charities, organisations and dignitaries across Britain and the world, released by Buckingham Palace yesterday, features presents ranging from ceremonial weapons, tea towels and a baby llama.
Some of the more unusual gifts include a pair of planters for her Balmoral gardens, a microsculpture of the Coronation Crown on a pin head, salt from the Salt Island owners in the British Virgin Islands, a black pear tree and a lego sculpture of Tower Bridge.
She also received two sets of a bronze, silver and gold Olympic medals from London 2012
