Badal hails Indian scientists for successful Mars mission

Congratulating Indian scientists for the success of Mars mission in the maiden attempt, Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal today said it was a matter of glory and rejoice for every Indian as the country has been able to achieve a new milestone.

Hailing the scientists associated with the project, he said they have upheld the glorious tradition of excelling in diverse fields of science and technology.

In a congratulatory message, Badal said right from providing food security to the nation to strengthening the defence system of the country through new inventions, Indian scientists have made the country proud by their every deed.
 

Badal said with this rare feat, the hard-working, innovative and resilient scientists of the country have brought India in line with three other distinguished nations which have been able to achieve this feat.

He said it was a matter of glory and rejoice for every Indian as the country has been able to achieve a new milestone.

Congratulating every person associated with the project, the Chief Minister said India was on the path of restoring its pristine glory of being the 'Golden Sparrow' of the world.
