The same attitude was the reason behind Moga having a by-election now, the chief minister said.
The chief minister said that his party was focusing on its agenda of development, peace and communal harmony in the state.
"These three issues are the corner stones of SAD-BJP's approach to governance where the Congress party was finding it hard to come out of its old divide and rule tactics," he said.
