Delhi-based Anuja upset defending champion Chitra Magimairaj of Karnataka 47-17 52-9 14-59 25-46 31-5 44-13 while Sanchis halted National 8-Ball Pool champion Neena Praveen of Tamil Nadu 41-0 38-11 41-29 14-38 13-51 26-18 in the best-of-seven frames semifinals.
Magimairaj initiated a brief comeback midway by drawing level after trailing 0-2, while Sanchis raced to a 3-0 lead before Praveen reduced the margin to 2-3.
