Bajaj Auto today reported an 8% increase in total sales in June at 3,31,317 units against 3,05,465 units in the same month of 2014.
Motorcycle sales during the month rose 10% at 2,87,582 units as against 2,62,202 units in June last year, the company said in a BSE filing.
Bajaj Auto's commercial vehicles sales during the month stood at 43,735 units compared with 43,263 units in the year-ago period, a growth of 1%.
Exports in June this year were at 1,56,074 units as against 1,35,074 units a year earlier, up 16%, the company said.
