Bajaj Electricals bags four new orders worth Rs 602.12 crore

Bajaj Electricals Ltd today said its engineering and project business unit has bagged four new orders worth Rs 602.12 crore.

" Engineering and project business unit of the company has bagged four new orders for transmission lines in Tamil Nadu and West Bengal from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) and West Bengal State Electricity Transmission Company Ltd respectively and rural electrification work at Bihar from North Bihar Power Distribution Co. Ltd. And South Bihar Power Distribution Co Ltd respectively," the company said in a BSE filing.

The company added that the orders are aggregating to Rs 602.12 crore.
 

Meanwhile, shares of the company today closed 0.39 per cent higher at Rs 284.15 apiece on the BSE.
