Bajaj Electricals today reported a standalone net profit of Rs 11.26 crore for the second quarter ended September 30.
The company had registered a net loss of Rs 14.21 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal, Bajaj Electricals said in a BSE filing.
Net sales during the period under review stood at Rs 1,120.85 crore, up 9.08% against Rs 1,027.51 crore in the same quarter of last fiscal, it added.

During the quarter, Bajaj Electricals' revenue from lighting segment increased 16.76% to Rs 263.83 crore, while revenue from consumer durables segment declined 3.90% to Rs 447.53 crore from Rs 465.74 crore during July-September quarter of last fiscal.
The engineering and projects division reported a revenue of Rs 415.99 crore during the quarter, up 23.33% from Rs 337.29 crore in the year-ago period.
For the six months ended September 30, Bajaj Electricals posted a standalone net profit of Rs 31.60 crore.
Its net sales during the first half of the current fiscal was up 11.33% to Rs 2,126.71 crore from Rs 1,910.22 crore in the same period a year ago.
Shares of Bajaj Electricals were trading at Rs 244.00 per scrip, down 4.01% from previous close on BSE.
