A ban order was today imposed against Jharkhand Tiger Group's alleged functionary Yogendra Sao, who is now in the Jaiprakash Narayan Jail in Hazaribagh, under Jharkhand Crime Control Act, 2002 section 12(2), an official release said here.
Hazaribagh District Magistrate had slapped serious criminal charges against Sao, it said.
As the order has to be approved within 12 days of its release, Chief Minister Raghubar Das approved it, the release added.
