Bandhan Bank agent robbed of Rs. 2.04 lakh

A Bandhan Bank agent was robbed of Rs. 2.04 lakh today by unidentified miscreants near Bhamrailly chowk in Bihar's Katihar district, a police officer said.

Bachchu Kumar Mandal, a collection agent of Bandhan Bank was riding on a bike on way to Ragheli village for some work when four miscreants riding on two motorcycles intercepted him and looted a bag containing Rs. 2.04 lakh in cash from him at gun point, Dandkhora police station in-charge Sanjay Das said.

Das said that a complaint has been lodged in this connection and raids were being carried out to nab the culprits.
