The IMA has exceedingly high standards of training. That should enable you to serve your respective armies in the best manner, Gen Bilal said.
Noting that an army man's life is full of challenges, he said they should learn from every challenge and make sincerity, determination and hard work the guiding principles of their lives.
General Bilal paid a tribute to Indian soldiers who made the supreme sacrifice during the 1971 war which saw the creation of Bangladesh.
