Bangladeshi arrested with phensedyl

Jobai Ali of Syhlet entered India crossing the border in Meghalaya and went to south Assam's Barak Valley to sell the cough syrup when he was caught by sleuths from the Customs Department.

Ali was later handed over to Silchar police.
