Bank robbery: Three police officials suspended

Three police officials have been suspended for negligence in duty in the wake of a bank robbery in the district.

Three armed men allegedly looted Rs 7 lakh from a Grameen Bank at Panna village here yesterday. The culprits came in a car and sped away with the booty.

The in charge of police outpost in Panna village, sub inspector Surender Singh, head constable Ram Kumar and constable Sunil Kumar were suspended, SSP Anand Dev said.
