The disciplinary committee of bar council has suspended the registration of advocate Narender Kumar Arora and imposed a fine of Rs one lakh after finding him guilty of professional misconduct under Section 35 of Advocates Act based on the complaint by one Anil Kumar Goel, a bar council member said today.
Goel had filed a complaint against the lawyer for professional misconduct and exploitation, he said.
Arora has been directed to return his registration certificate within 15 days, he said.
