Socialite Paris Hilton's brother, Barron, who accused actress Lindsay Lohan of masterminding an attack on him, is not responding to the investigative cops.
The cops have reportedly not heard from Barron, after he accused that Lohan laughed and encouraged the attacker, who was beating him, reported TMZ.
The police officers investigating the case need to speak with Barron, so as to track the man.
Barron reportedly was attending a party at a Miami mansion where Lohan has been staying for the Art Basel festival.
During the bash, someone allegedly accused Barron of talking behind Lohan's back, resulting in the attack.
