Base Metals eases on lower demand

Base metal prices eased further at the non-ferrous metal market here today on stockists' selling amidst mild demand from industrial users.

Tin prices moved down by Rs 2 per kg to Rs 1,423 from Saturday's closing level of Rs 1,425.

Copper cables scrap, Copper scrap heavy, Copper billets, copper sheet cutting, brass utensils scrap, brass sheet cutting, aluminium ingots, and zinc prices softened by a Re 1 per kg each to Rs 450, Rs 445, Rs 478, Rs 439, Rs 341, Rs 351, Rs 165 and Rs 209, respectively.
