Industrial metals fell at the LME on faltering global economy resulting a dim outlook for the raw material demand.
Nickel and tin dropped by Rs 10 per kg to Rs 1,085 and Rs 1,320 from Thursday's closing level of Rs 1,095 and Rs 1,330.
Copper scrap heavy slipped by Rs 5 per kg to Rs 470 from Rs 475.
Copper cable scrap and copper wire bar moved down by Rs 4 per kg each to Rs 479 and Rs 507 from Rs 483 and Rs 511. Copper amriture went down by Rs 3 per kg to Rs 464 from Rs 467.
Copper utensils scrap, copper sheet cutting and brass utensils scrap all edged down by Rs 2 per kg each to Rs 442, Rs 459 and Rs 314 from Rs 444, Rs 461 and Rs 316 respectively.
Aluminium utensils scrap also softened by Re 1 per kg to Rs 111.
