BCSBI, CIBIL organise customer awareness meet in Nashik

The Banking Codes and Standards Board of India (BCSBI) today organised a customer awareness meet jointly with CIBIL at Shankaracharya Nyas, here today.

The meet provided a platform for BCSBI, CIBIL and banks to interact with around 350 Retail and Micro & Small Enterprise (MSE) customers.

The educative session was aimed at enhancing consumers' knowledge on BCSBI Codes and various issues of banking.

The prime objective of the meet was protecting consumer rights and making them understand the various codes that banks need to follow to enhance customer delight.

The meet was addressed by Anand Aras, Chief Executive Officer, BCSBI.
 

Sneha Valentine, Manager from CIBIL stressed on adherence to the Codes to enhance banking experience, Banking Ombudsman Scheme, grievance redressal and CIBIL scoring mechanism.
