Belarus in association with International Advanced Research Centre for Powder Metallurgy & New Materials (ARCI) is working on the setting up of a 'Tech Showroom' in India.
"A one-stop centre for technology from Belarus and products of joint R&D projects by Indian and Belarus collaboration is expected to be showcased at ARCI, Hyderabad for Indian companies," Belarus diplomat in India Igor Pilipenko said here today.
Pilipenko expected that the showroom will be operational this year.

"An ARCI delegation is visiting Belarus shortly to finalise the modalities of the showroom. Belarus and India already conducted joint research projects with equal funding," he said.
Meanwhile, Belarus Ambassador to India Vitaly Prima expressed confidence in increasing bilateral trade to USD 1 billion in the 2-3 years from USD 450 million.
Belarus has several technology in several sectors like mining, transport, industrial coating among and vocational training among others that can be used by India through technology transfer and joint ventures.
The landlocked neighbour of Russia said it was also open for joint venture from Indian companies in sectors like pharma in Belarus.
