Bollywood director Ketan Mehta, who has made four biopics including the upcoming 'Manjhi: The Mountain Man', says believability of stories are more when they are real.
"Truth has more amazing qualities than fiction. When I make a film on a real life story the believability factor is more because people know that this is a real story," Mehta told reporters here today.
Besides 'Manjhi: The Mountain Man', three other biopics made by him include the Aamir Khan starrer 'Mangal Pandey: The Rising', 'Rang Rasiya' on painter Raja Ravi Varma, and 'Sardar' on the life of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.

After villager Dashrath Manjhi passed away in Bihar he heard his story from somewhere and went to his house.
"I couldn't believe that this is a real story. How can someone carve a road from a mountain with a chisel and a hammer? Then I realised that this is one story which needs to be told to as many people as possible because it is so inspiring," Mehta said.
Nawazuddin Siddiqui is playing the lead role in the film while actress Radhika Apte plays her love interest.
"Their love story is the focal point of this film. The chemistry has so many dimensions as they have love and passion in between them and also ugly fights," Apte said.
