West Bengal will participate in 'Textiles India-2017', a major international exhibition to be held in Gandinagar.
"State government has taken 125 sq m of space at the exhibition," Union textiles joint secretary Subrata Gupta said here today during a roadshow of the event.
According to sources, Biswa Bangla is participating along with state textile brands, Tantuja and Manjushree.

Gupta said some 2,500 international and 1,500 domestic buyers are expected to visit the event between June 30 and July 2.
Gujarat is the host state, while Assam, Andhra Pradesh, Jharkhand and Maharashtra will have theme pavilions.
