BESU vice-chancellor Ajoy Kumar Ray delivering the 15th convocation address said the university has entered into an MoU with ICICI Trinity.
This ICICI Trinity programme, promoted by ICICI bank seeks to identify ideas, evaluate, groom, nurture and help turn them into successful business ventures.
Apart from funding, the programme would provide opportunity for a participant to meet, interact and learn from industry veterans, thereby making it a rewarding and enriching experience.
West Bengal Governor and BESU Chancellor M K Narayanan said the institute would soon become Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology and no longer remain a state university.
