R&B star Beyonce was forced to postpone her show at the TCF Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota for 45 minutes because of the severe weather.

The 34-year-old was scheduled to take the stage at 08:30 PM, but law enforcement and the staff decided to evacuate the stadium at 08:15 P.M because of the approaching lightning.

Concertgoers were asked to move to either the TCF Bank Stadium concourse or to Mariucci and Williams Arena, reported Ace Showbiz.

Fortunately, the concert didn't get canceled.

After a 45-minute delay, fans were told to return to their seats "in a calm and orderly fashion."

"I am so honored to be here tonight. Thanks for riding with me through the storm," Bey told the crowd once she appeared onstage.
