R&B star Beyonce and her family have pledged support for an anti-hunger initiative to wipe out hunger in her hometown, Texas.
The 31-year-old 'Crazy in Love' hitmaker, her sister Solange and mother Tina will be supporting 'Miss A Meal fundraising campaign', reported Contactmusic.
The initiative encourages supporters to miss a meal and donate the money they would have spent to the campaign.

"I was 13 and my sister Solange was eight when we started donating and serving meals to the homeless after church. We learned that we are all three pay cheques away from poverty. It was a lesson in humility for all of us," Beyonce said.
"There are dozens of memories of me and my sister volunteering at Bread of Life, we got to see firsthand how grateful people were to receive a hot meal. For many people this was their only meal of the day," said her sister Solange.
