RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat arrived on a three-day visit of the city during which he will hold interactions with 'swayamsevaks' (volunteers).
Bhagwat arrived in the city early morning, an RSS office-bearer said.
"Total 407 swayamsevaks from Gujarat, Maharashtra and Goa have been attending a 21-day-long Sangh Shiksha Varg (training camp) here, which will conclude on June 2. Bhagwat will address the volunteers during his stay," Tejas Desai of RSS' prachar vibhag (publicity department) said.
"Bhagwat will hold interactions with the swayamsevaks and give directions to them," he said.
The RSS chief will leave for Nagpur on June 1, a day before the Sangh Shiksha Varg concludes, Desai said.
