"The bandh was total failure in Delhi. I thank people of Delhi for not supporting the bandh. I spoke to senior police officials and they said only minor incidents have taken place," Dikshit said in the Delhi Assembly.
Taking a potshot on BJP legislators, Dikshit said the BJP leaders came in air-conditioned cars but their supporters were made to toil on Delhi's searing heat to ensure that the bandh is successful.
She said all the top shops were open and the bandh did not have any impact in the city.
