Bharat Financial Inclusion, formerly SKS Microfinance, today reported an 87.3 per cent rise in its September quarter net profit at Rs 145.87 crore.
The company had reported a net profit of Rs 77.86 crore in the July-September quarter of 2015-16.
Total income of the company increased to Rs 449.60 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 from Rs 324.29 crore in the same period a year ago, it said in a regulatory filing.

The company issued 9,740,259 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 760 per share aggregating Rs 749.99 crore through a QIP to qualified institutional buyers during the quarter.
Bharat Financial Inclusion stock closed 0.38 per cent up at Rs 883.10 on BSE.
