City-based NGO Muslim Education and Career Promotion Society (MECAPS) today felicitated 18 "meritorious" students.
The students were awarded gold, silver and bronze medals by former Rajya Sabha member Mohammad Adeeb.
Gold medals were presented to Areeb Hussain Lodhi, Safoora Fatima, Sabahat Khan, Areeba Rashid, Mohd Tarique, Saad Mushtaque, Junaid Ahmad, Alfi Tabassum, Sehrish Khan, Anam Minhaj, Safia Sheikh and Yashfeen Sabir in junior and senior categories.
The NGO works for the development of the poor and downtrodden students from the society.
