The victim was allegedly raped and killed by some persons on September 28 and later her body was dumped near the Budhni Ghat which was recovered by police yesterday.
When people of the locality came to know about the incident, they torched some motor-repairing shops and damaged a number of vehicles opposite the Mansarovar Complex, Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Rajesh Chandel told reporters.
Police have arrested two persons, including the main accused Mustafa so far, Chandel said.
The victim was the daughter of a driver employed with the Government Railway Police and lived in railway colony.
One of the accused who worked in a motor-repairing shop, was known to the victim, Chandel said.

On September 28, he took the girl to an unknown place where he allegedly raped her along with his other associates, sources said.
Later the girl's family filed a missing complaint following which a search was launched.
The accused allegedly raped and killed her and later dumped her body on the Budhni Ghat, about 50 kms from here.
On September 29, Budhni police later took the body in its possession and buried it when no one came to claim it.
Later, when Bhopal Police zeroed down to Budhni on the basis of leads, the body was exhumed and brought to Bhopal.
Meanwhile, the situation is under control, police added.
